I had a problem with one of my Galaxy 22 phones. I had gone yo another AT&T store and was told to call 611. I was on a call with 611 person who was very helpful but could not solve the problem. I was told to go to an AT&T store. I changed my visit to this store and as I was walking up to Emily and explaining my problem she took the phone and had it up and running quickly. Sean and Emily were great and this will be my AT&T store now.
